Michelle is a writer and poet and wanted to put her poetry onto her businesses website. She was in town for a weekend so I brought her into the home studio to record her recitation on our Neumann tlm-102. I coached her through several takes to make sure that we captured pristine audio, and the delivery that matched the deeper meaning of her poem.

She requested some music to back the track, but left it up to me to compose. I experimented over the next week, finally delivering the completed audio with a short piano score washed with a recurring theme that emphasized the lyrics they sat under.
